Information submitted through this website is collected and held by the Tigers Grand Lodge. Affiliate Lodges do not receive, hold or decide membership applications.

Membership applications are received, stored and reviewed by the Grand Lodge. Affiliate Lodges do not receive your application.

• Used to verify eligibility, contact you, and decide the application.
• Visible only to authorized Grand Lodge reviewers signed in to the administration portal.
• Date of birth and similar sensitive details are never shown publicly, in web addresses, or in notification emails.
• Retained while the application is under review and afterward under the Grand Lodge retention practice, then deleted.
• Not sold, and not shared with third parties except service providers needed to operate this site.

Affiliate Lodge questionnaires and applications are received, stored and reviewed by the Grand Lodge for business due diligence.

• Used to assess the business, its ownership, premises and suitability.
• Visible only to authorized Grand Lodge reviewers signed in to the administration portal.
• Ownership, licensing and financial detail is never published or shown in public listings.
• Retained through the review and onboarding process under the Grand Lodge retention practice.
• Not sold, and not shared with third parties except service providers needed to operate this site.

Messages sent through this page are delivered to the Grand Lodge office.

• Visible only to authorized Grand Lodge staff.
• Retained under the Grand Lodge retention practice, then deleted.
• Not sold, and not used for marketing without your request.

Date of birth, ownership detail, licensing records and similar sensitive information are never shown on public pages, never placed in web addresses, never included in notification emails, and are not sent to analytics.

Access to submitted information requires a Grand Lodge account, a role granted by the Grand Lodge, and is enforced by the database itself — not by hidden links or menus. Administrative accounts are required to use a second authentication factor.

Portal accounts can add a second authentication factor from the account security page. Sessions expire after a period of inactivity and require signing in again.

The Grand Lodge keeps submitted information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and administrators may delete records at any time.
